long time, no see.....

Wow, so it's been quite a long time since I've visited this world of thoughts expressed onto blank space... Since that time, I have returned to the day shift as a nurse. Let me tell you, it's just not natural to work at night and sleep during the day! It'll make one go loco. Anyways, so yes, I am back on days, and despite the crazy business of it all, I like it soooo much better.


Did I tell you I was battling the evil germ called 'THE COLD'. Oh my gosh, it is terrible! All I have to say is drink vitamin C as if it were your favorite soft drink. Trust me, you'll thank me later....


Well, my brain is in a fog right now from so many 'boogers'. Yes, that's right, I said 'boogers'. You would never think that your body could produce so many. I can't think of much more to write at the moment, but I will catch up with you later. So, I am doing my best to stay up all night tonight, and at this present time I am beginning to get very sleepy… I indulged in a wonderful homemade oatmemeal choco chip cookie that I created, a cup of lipton green tea, and then a cup of folgers breakfast blend coffee, all while fiercely competing against my sister in a game of literati. For an hr. or so, I had a sudden spurt of energy, but alas, the caffeine is beginning to drain, so in this fight against the powers of sleep, I decided to listen to some heavenly music and thought I should share. This song is powerful reminder to me that I will always be restless, that is, until I rest in the loving arms of my father in heaven. In case you are reading this Jesus, I love you :)

So, I am totally new to this whole blog thing, but seeing as I am a registered nurse who is going to be working nights, I figured this would be a good way to help me pass the hours before a shift.
